TECH Directional Training Program
At the moment 75% of our current employees were hired and trained by TECH Directional. Most trainees had no prior directional drilling experience. Today they are one of approximately 50 technicians worldwide with extensive experience in the operation of the Devidrill Directional Core Barrel and associated survey systems.
Directional Training entry requirements
1. High School Diploma
2. Basic knowledge of computers and programs
3. A mechanical inclination
4. Valid Driver’s license
5. Valid Standard First Aid Certificate
6. Positive work Attitude (this is by far the most important requirement. The individual must be able to work in a team environment and have coworkers and drill crews want to work with them to achieve the goal “hitting targets” in a safe and productive way.)
