- Audits invoices against purchase orders, identifying discrepancies and seeks approval for payment
- Verifies, enters, and posts details of business transactions to the ERP system
- Ensures invoices without POs are coded and duly authorized
- Prepares approved debit memos as necessary and communicates notice to vendor
- Answers vendor queries
- Reconciles vendor statements
- Assist with reconciliation of AP-GL accounts
- Background in Accounts Payable (preferred)
- Proven ability to work under pressure with ability to multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously on specific tasks to meet deadlines
- Clear and strong communication skills both with written and verbal
- Team-oriented individual
- Strong ability to build relationships and work effectively with others at all levels of the organization
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and positive attitude
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Reporting to the Mine Operations Superintendent, the Drill and Blast Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the Drill and Blast team.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager the Mine Maintenance Reliability Engineer will be working with mine operations and maintenance teams to enhance the availability and effectiveness of mine equipment assets.
