- Develop a robust MSD/MSI prevention program to promote a healthier work force and reduce MSI related injuries.
- Fully involved in the Injury Management team.
- Studying the effects of proper posture on the body's functions to improve health and performance at work, or in daily life.
- Monitoring employee muscle movements to alleviate muscle ailments.
- Suggesting and demonstrating proper body postures and muscle movements in corporate settings to prevent disorders such as carpal tunnel syndrome.
- Designing rehabilitation programs to increase the range of motions for employees with movement disorders.
- Working with employees to improve fitness and performance levels.
- Training employees to use exercises, stretches, or therapy to manage pain, prevent injury, and increase mobility.
- Currently enrolled into achieving a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.
- Experience in massage therapy and bodywork.
- A thorough working knowledge of the tissues, anatomy, physiology, and basic movements of the human body.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
