Mission:
 
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies in selected sub-segments
  • Establish, manage and develop the efficient sales channels to achieve sales goals for “CP “and “Fuji “brand, meanwhile integrate with “Desoutter” brand in GI segment.
 
Major responsibilities (below are included but not limited to):
 
  • Plan and implement company strategies to achieve team sales targets within selected sub-segments
  • Establish sustainable and suitable sales channels in selected sub-segments
  • Evaluate and monitor sales channels in an efficient way, matching company requirements, eg. hard and soft conditions
  • Support Territory Manager according to long-term strategies, analysis for responsible territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
  • Train sales channels and assist them to expand market share and improve our brand influence in selected sub-segments
  • Get valued market/project/customer information and proactively/timely share with other sales teams
  • Continuously develop market share from distributor’s loyalty improvement; to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.
  • Cooperate with marketing team in market activities and market analysis.
  • Cooperate with service, project to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with other support teams
  • Manager sales project and activities through C4C

Candidate profile:
 
Education                   Bachelor degree or above, better with engineering background
Experience                 At least 5 years sales experience with 3 year experience in sales channel role
Knowledge                 Mechanical or electrical knowledge
PC skill is a must
