- Acts as the user’s consultant, seemingly independent of the sales process.
- Collects competitive information; understands user sensitivity and informs sales and marketing.
- Provides information to the sales force about user habits, needs or recommendation.
- Defines, with sales force, the tender presentation around the user needs, Dräger offer and sales strategy.
- In a large project manages manpower availability within the hospital at the right time.
- Plans and organizes demonstrations of equipment for complex sales and strategic accounts, in conjunction with sales and as defined by sales management.
- Organizes some local events based on technique and therapy to support Dräger solutions
- Ensure optimal delivery of Clinical Education and Implementation program for assigned modalities
- Responsible for providing ongoing customer support either in person or by telephone
- Access customer's clinical workflow requirements and make recommendations
- Respiratory Therapist Degree or Diploma.
- Five years or more experience implementing or using, or educating relevant medical device solutions in the healthcare environment
- Bilingual fluency in French and English would be an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in the development of excellent working relationships with internal and external business associates
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, managers, other company personnel and business associates
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and consistent customer focus
- Previous Ventilation and Operating room experience is an asset.
- Previous Adult and Neonatal ICU experience is an asset.
- Previous educator experience is an asset.
- Current RT License
- Proficient in written and spoken English. Bilingual skills (English/French) is an asset.
- Valid driving license
- Position requires heavy travel including overnight stays.
- Travel will vary, typically 75% or greater
- Working days and hours will vary to adjust to the business needs of our customers.
- Afterhours and some weekend work may be required.
- Split shifts may be required.
- Afterhours oncall may be required
- Lifting: 25-30 lbs

Reporting to the Service Support Supervisor, the Bilingual Service Coordinator – Service Contracts reviews existing service contracts in SAP and verifies accuracy of details.
Reporting to the Service Support Supervisor, the Bi-lingual Service Coordinator provides support to the Service Operations team for in-house service activities, field service activities, factory repairs, service billings, generating supporting reports, and updating master records, among other possible tasks.
