Description

The 3M Automotive Aftermarket Division is dedicated to improving the physical and mechanical condition of all types of vehicles. The automotive paint and body shop, window tint, glass replacement, automotive paint protection and do-it-yourself markets all look to this division for solutions. We currently have an opportunity within this team for an Automotive Aftermarket Sales Representative, based out of Montreal, Quebec.

Responsibilities include:

• Growing existing sales territory
• Working with Automotive Care Services (ACS) Distributors, End-Users and Channel Partners
• Selling to car dealerships, installers and detail shops
• Identifying growth opportunities with new and existing 3M products
• Representing 3M to the customer

Qualifications

Basic/Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree or College diploma, Business preferred, or equivalent experience
• Related sales experience in the automotive/industrial markets as well as demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Successful distribution management will be viewed as an important asset
• Strong business acumen along with excellent selling and negotiation skills
• Superior communication and effective presentation skills are required
• Proficient hands on approach with product demonstrations
