DESCRIPTION:
Noramco is offering a challenging and highly rewarding career opportunity to manage one of our Profit Centres through our Corporate Management Trainee Program. This fast paced, three-year program is designed to focus on big picture thinking that will help you to become a strong business leader.
The ideal candidate will be a University Graduate and have:

- A Willingness to relocate, and
- Entrepreneurial drive.
The best way to learn about our business is to be hands-on and this training process will help you to understand the many products, procedures, services and people that make up our great company. You’ll be partnered with an experienced Profit Centre Manager who will provide advice and guidance during your learning phases along with regular consultation with the Vice President & General Manager who will ensure you have a detailed overview of the business and industry.
Once you have completed the program, you will be ready take on the challenge of being a Profit Centre Manager. You will lead your own team, provide a strategic vision, mentor others, and run the business like it was your own.
This is a salaried program designed to cultivate your leadership skills and prepare you with a solid foundation so that you can successfully manage a profit centre.
