National Energy Equipment is looking for dedicated, positive individuals who can provide top-notch customer experience.
This new role will provide excellent customer service via active listening and professional communication with service providers to ensure customer needs are met in timely manner. Customer care specialist takes ownership of customer issues and provides complete end to end issue resolution by utilizing resources available.
Job Description

• Listen patiently and understand the customers' needs
• Communicate clearly and effectively
• Execute the company care strategy while providing resolutions that meet customer’s expectation
• Assist with administrative tasks, system maintenance and follow up tasks as required.
• Keep a positive attitude, smile and promote positive customer experience
Requirements
• Fluency in English
• French Speaking, reading and writing would be an advantage
• High School Graduation or equivalent (customer service experience an asset)
• Experience in operating in service oriented environment (scheduling and/or dispatching experience an asset)
• Ability to multi-task while working in a fast pace environment
• Ability to work with a high level of detail, with speed and accuracy
• Use of computer and communication software required
• Must adhere to strict confidentiality at all times and respect for client privacy
