Job Type: Full-time
Required experience: Customer Service/Inside Sales: 2 years
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for the day-to-day interactions and sales functions between clients, Territory Managers and the product supply functions within Hercules SLR
- Client service via telephone, in-person and electronic communications
- Support Territory Managers with a focus on fulfilling quotations, orders and correspondence
- Development of industry and product knowledge to enhance client service
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- 2-3 year experience in industrial sales or related customer service field, counter sales experience preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Customer Service training preferred
- Ability to build client relationships through a solutions based approach
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Inspector
We are searching for the role of Inspector in Brampton, Ontario. Reporting to the Supervisor, the Inspector performs inspections and testing of below the hook lifting gear, rigging and fall arrest gear to ensure safety certification is in accordance with provincial and federal regulations.
