- Ensure the eCommerce experience is on-brand and aligned with Smartwool marketing, while leveraging brand campaigns and content to drive awareness and acquisition.
- Work closely with US based digital team, and online partners, to assure timely seasonal updates and market relevant storytelling.
- Be proficient in eCommerce analytic KPI’s to help drive business strategy.
- Oversee day to day communications between internal offices and key partners.
- Execute day to day and seasonal administrative tasks associated with ecommerce portals and marketplace.
- Coordination of digital marketing activities and assistance in optimizing, monitoring and reporting.
- Monitor product sell thru to provide strategic insights into product line performance.
- Years of Related Professional Experience: 3+
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Experience working in the retail industry a plus
- Understanding of web technologies, online business concepts, operations and digital marketing
- Passion and interest in eCommerce sales and marketing
- Computer proficiency in IOS & Microsoft Office environment (Excel, Word), SAP, and Adobe suites
- Google analytics knowledge.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and attention to detail.
- Experience managing and collaborating with multi-functional internal teams, external agencies and retailers.
- Have a true passion for the outdoors.
- Bilingual with experience working with translation agencies.
- Willing and able to work additional hours when needed
- Bend, lift, open and move product and related office items varying in weight from 1 to 25 lbs, depending on need.

The Senior Logistics Program Coordinator is a key member of the Logistics team and is responsible for supporting VF Canada in analyzing product flow and developing process plans for various logistics initiatives and activities associated with DTC strategy and operations and logistics.
