- Operate different drills when required (depending upon model and employees experience or training).
- Operation of the drill is to be done in a safe and efficient manner as per Dyno Nobel, Provincial OH&S and Federal Explosives Regulatory Division Regulations.
- Perform regular maintenance as per manufactures guidelines
- Maintain accurate patterns and hole depths
- Site housekeeping and equipment care
- Complete appropriate documentation and reports
- All other duties as assigned
- Experience on hydraulic and/or downhole drills (Atlas Copco 590, Epiroc T40/45, Sandvik Ranger 800/900, Gill Rock Beetle)
- Be able to pass pre-hire tests (criminal background check and medical)
- Be able to provide clean drivers abstract
- Be able to wear a respirator
- Operate and perform minor maintenance of heavy motor vehicles and perform gassing operations within Health and Safety Management System procedures
- Ability to read, write, and speak English, and to communicate in writing and verbally.

As the Blaster Helper, you will Operate auxiliary equipment in the maintenance of all equipment and the loading, mixing, unloading, and preparation of explosive products for the customer in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
As the Bulk Truck Operator, you will operate all types of Dyno Nobel trucks and specialty equipment to prepare and deliver company explosive products to customers in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
The Blaster will conduct surface production blasting operations within Dyno Nobel standards. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of conducting blasting operations in a safe and efficient manner.
The Underground Operator will ensure the safe and effective preparation and delivery of correct explosive product to the loading sites. You will troubleshoot and maintain all equipment types and support ongoing general site operations.
As the Labourer, you will assist operations crew on site by operating auxiliary equipment, performing basic maintenance, and assisting equipment operators and blasters at the site in order to safely serve the customer.
