- Operate auxiliary equipment - including forklifts, stemming loaders, winches, and hand tools - in order to provide timely, safe, and quality service and product to the customer
- Read gauges and make adjustments to equipment to maintain proper performance in order to assure quality and accurate product delivery
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions in shop, while operating equipment, and while on blast sites in order to protect personal safety and the safety of others
- Maintain safe working conditions on and near the blast site
- Report all incidents and hazardous conditions to appropriate supervisors
- Proactively support Safety programs by participating in training and safety meetings
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Good work habits; prior manual labor experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and speak English and to communicate in written and verbally
- Present oneself in a professional manner at all time
- Ability to wear and care for applicable personal protective equipment (such as safety glasses and shoes, respirator, hard hat and ear protection, safety harness) as required by site specific requirements

As the Blaster Helper, you will Operate auxiliary equipment in the maintenance of all equipment and the loading, mixing, unloading, and preparation of explosive products for the customer in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
As the Bulk Truck Operator, you will operate all types of Dyno Nobel trucks and specialty equipment to prepare and deliver company explosive products to customers in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
The Blaster will conduct surface production blasting operations within Dyno Nobel standards. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of conducting blasting operations in a safe and efficient manner.
The Underground Operator will ensure the safe and effective preparation and delivery of correct explosive product to the loading sites. You will troubleshoot and maintain all equipment types and support ongoing general site operations.
As the Labourer, you will assist operations crew on site by operating auxiliary equipment, performing basic maintenance, and assisting equipment operators and blasters at the site in order to safely serve the customer.

As the Driller, you will operate drills, perform regular maintenance, maintain accurate patterns, and complete appropriate documentation and reports.
