- Troubleshoot and correct problems within your area of responsibility
- Train other operators in the plant and partake in training upgrades
- Conduct general clean-up throughout the circuit, reporting potential safety hazards and production problems to the Lead Hand
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
- Willingness and aptitude to progressively advance to higher levels of Mill Operator with good mechanical aptitude
- Previous experience in a Processing setting is considered an asset
- Mill Common Core is considered an asset
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others
- Possesses a strong work ethic
- Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Competent verbal and written communication skills and ability to accurately follow instructions
