Job description
We are looking for Field Service Technician position in our organization responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in the field. It will be your Mission to support Atlas Copco Rental's growth strategy as the leader in Oil free air rental business in North America.
In the position as Field Service Technician you will be part of Atlas Copco Rental's field service team and report directly to the Customer Service Manager with the following Mission points:
- Maintaining the fleet in the field.
- Repairing down equipment in the field and at customer locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment throughout territory.
- Developing and optimizing efficient processes and routines.
- Improving measurable success to business targets.
Experience requirements
- The successful candidate should have two to three years experience as an industrial related field service mechanic.
Educational requirements
- The ideal candidate should have an appropriate Electromechanical degree or training. The candidate shall have a good command in English and a second language knowledge is a plus (preferred Spanish).
Personality requirements
- Great communication skills, high energy levels, and a strong result oriented work ethic is requested.
