Academic Requirements
  • high school diploma
  • technical training in fire assay is an asset
  • Hours Available to work rotating shifts
 
Responsibilities The candidate will be required to mix dry chemicals, load trays into a furnace (working in a hot environment) and pour samples. Carry out fire assay procedure: i.e. fluxing, fusing and cupelling samples as per written procedures.Strict adherences to safety procedures are required.

  • Any other tasks as determined
