At Phoenix Industrial we are looking for talented individuals to join our team for upcoming opportunities and are currently accepting applications for General Foremans.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Construction Management team in project execution.
- Work closely with Superintendents and Project Controls to ensure successful completion of deliverables.
- Monitor site safety to ensure that all personnel are complying with established safety standards at all times.
- Effectively communicate all issues and concerns to the relevant stakeholder groups.
- Act as a role model at all times through exemplary professional conduct.
- Perform other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- A Journeyman ticket in a construction-related trade is required.
- Minimum 5-8 years of proven progressive experience in the oil and gas construction industry is required.
- Awareness of construction terms, planning, scheduling, quality control, hydro, and document control is required.
- Working knowledge of score carding, forecasting, planning, and 3D modeling utilizing isometric drawings is required.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, with experience responding to changing deadlines/priorities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate in a professional manner.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dedicated team player.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- CSTS -09 as well as other trade tickets as required
- Pre-access testing is required.
