- Detailed process execution for Key Strategic Accounts and VIP Customers.
- Drive efficiency and productivity in team’s daily activities to ensure customer satisfaction
- Organize and participate cross departmental customer planning meetings
- Acts in implementation of new eB2B customers for the MO
- Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to determine appropriate solutions for VIP and Strategic accounts
- Provide proper planning to ensure large customer order demand can be fulfilled
- Maintain items and pricing for external customer order systems
- Support the training of new hires within the department and team
- Maintain 3rd party ordering systems
- Coordinate and execute order and delivery of Home Depot Rental and Home Depot Online business
- Provide Customer Service contact support as needed (Calls, ECE, HOL, Chat, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills required
- Demonstrate high degree of strategic planning and organizing skills
- Strong interpersonal and written commutations skills required
- Capacity to handle multiple projects is required
- Capability to recognize opportunities for improvement (system or process), formulate solution, & implement change
- Possess a clear understanding for the VIP strategy and development of high potential accounts
- Ability to adapt and lead change
- Exhibit professionalism in order to work with stakeholders of different levels throughout the organization
