- Lead the relationships and key negotiations with the union as appropriate with a view to securing business performance, employee engagement and legal compliance.
- Negotiate. analyze, draft, review and interpret various legal documents.
- Advise leadership on labour relations issues, provide vulnerability audits, and work with HR staff to maintain an environment of positive employee relations.
- Advise solicited and unsolicited on legal aspects of the Company and conduct due diligence investigations in all legal matters related to Labour relations.
- Advise Management on content and procedures to ensure Company's compliance.
- Responsible for monitoring and analyzing new legislative initiatives and laws, followed by risk analyses and mitigations for the Company.
- Identifying legal risks for assigned groups and providing adequate and appropriate legal advice in relation to their day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement programs and/or specific projects related to Labour law topics.
- Represent the Company at dismissal board hearings, meetings with the Ministry of Labour and external governing agencies.
- Develop HR capability in the understanding and application of HR best practices within the Employee services functional area.
- University degree in Labour Law or Human Resources Management is required.
- At least 8 years' labour relations experience in a unionized environment.
- Demonstrated employee relations experience, conducting workplace investigations, harassment claims and advising managers on implementing corrective action interventions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiating skills in both amicable and hostile situations.
- Excellent judgment and appreciation of complex legal problems.
- Professionalism and discretion to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a proficient and timely manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
- Design and supervision of construction of geotechnical and hydrological structures such as foundations, slopes, excavations, diversion ditch, and dams;
- Investigation of ground instabilities and recommending and designing mitigation measures

The purpose of the Mine Road Supervisor is to ensure all site service roads are maintained year round.
The purpose of the Supervisor Mine is to supervise the mine crew and ensure production targets and schedules are met as forecast.
The Senior Mining Engineer takes part in the development of economic studies of mining projects (approach, prefeasibility, feasibility).
To ensure optimization of the Mill process is maintained through effective management and technical support to the Operations group as well as external support groups including Mine Technical Services and Mine Operations.
As a member of the Global Supply Chain (GSC), the analyst will utilize your abilities to provide actionable recommendations to the leaders of the organization.
This position is responsible to manage all maintenance activities including; safety, execution, personnel, budget, planning and continuous improvement.
