Are you a Customer Care Professional looking for a new challenge? The ICP Group, a rapidly growing chemical manufacturing company is actively seeking a Customer Care Manager to join our team.
 
As a member of the ICP BSG Customer Care (CC) leadership team, the CC Manager is responsible for oversight of the paint product brands customer care team. (including: California Paints, IDEA Paint, Wink, Zolatone, and more). The team consists of 12+ ICP employees.
 
The CC Manager will help define processes to provide efficiency within Customer Care, as well as processes that will enable the business as a whole. This includes, but is not limited to: development of a robust onboarding program, development of SMART goals aligned with the overall business objectives, implementation of short-term forecasting, and formalized mentoring program for Customer Care Representatives for professional development.
 
The CC Manager will also maintain and monitor CC Key Performance Indicators to ensure the team is on track to deliver a best-in-class Customer Experience. This includes: Order Accuracy, On Time Order Entry, Returns Authorizations, and Credit Processing. Salesforce and Power Business Intelligence are the tools that ICP BSG uses for these metrics.
 
This position is currently scoped as a remote work-from-home position, unless the chosen candidate lives in close proximity to an ICP BSG facility and chooses to work from a Corporate office environment. It also includes 25% travel.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Manage Supervisor and Customer Care Representatives for daily activities, including, but not limited to: order entry, answering phones, processing Salesforce cases.
  • Take action when escalation from CC team is required; must demonstrate an aptitude to learn the business quickly to support the team in this capacity.
  • Maintain and monitor Key Performance Indicators as mentioned above.
  • Liaise between Sales and Customer Care to continue to develop an account team mentality across functions.
  • Mentor and train team members to learn customer accounts beyond order entry. Customer Care Representatives should ultimately be able to anticipate customers’ needs before customers have to ask.
  • Facilitate cross-training opportunities within the Customer Care team to better support the overall business, and to support the commercial team’s initiative to cross-sell product lines to their customers.
  • Analyze Salesforce cases to identify patterns and root causes to help put business measures into place to reduce the number of cases.
  • Standardize order entry processes to drive more consistency and to enable additional cross-training opportunities.

SR. COST ACCOUNTANT

The Sr Cost Accountant is responsible for providing comprehensive financial leadership for all operations across the US for the Gardener Gibson division of ICP Group.

SR. MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATE - CHEMICAL MANUFACTURING

Batchman will follow the batch schedule and SOP recipe to provide quality product on time for our Customer. 

SHIPPING & RECEIVING MANAGER

The Shipping and Receiving Manager is responsible for coordinating all timely outbound shipment activities to meet customer requirements and all inbound receiving functions to support plant operations while ensuring a high level of inventory accuracy. 

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
  • Minimum four (4) years of progressive sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting established goals and objectives.
  • Experience working in an industry based on relationship selling.
