Position Summary:
 
We are currently seeking a dependable, highly motivated inside sales representative who can thrive in a team-based environment. The candidate will promote our lines, while selling new and existing HVAC products to meet sales objectives and achieve sales results. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
• Communicate and maintain relationships with existing clients to secure continuing sales 
Offer sales support to other members of the sales team
• Provide quotations for equipment/parts, technical support, literature, and other support/materials for clients
• Tailor products, services, and solutions to new and existing clients
• Pro-actively communicate with Sales Manager on all aspects of client alliances ensuring that clients and company expectations are met in a manner consistent with contract terms (any issues should immediately be addressed)
 
Knowledge, Skills and Requirements:
 
Post-Secondary education in an HVAC program or a related discipline considered an asset
A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the wholesale distribution industry
Knowledge of HVAC products and demonstrated success in sales 
Possesses a keen attention to detail 
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new programs
Project management is an asset
Fluency in both French and English would be an asset
