We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Lead Generator) who will be responsible for prospecting identified key-decision makers, clearly communicating Company’s value proposition, uncovering potential opportunities and ultimately securing business meetings for the Sales team.
 
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
 
  • Prospect sales leads exclusively through phone calls and email communication.
  • Explain sales offers, services and benefits to prospective and existing customers based on call scripts, including handling objections effectively.
  • Secure meetings, event and subscription sign-ups, and other actions from prospective and existing customers.
  • Nurture existing and prospective customer relationships through telephone and email communication.
  • Maintain Company database (CRM/VRC) and lead generation activity records with accuracy.
 
Qualifications and Skills
 
  • Strong selling, customer service, communication, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills
  • Able to respond effectively to multiple priorities and execute in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient in MSOffice applications, including knowledge of CRM software
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team-player attitude
  • Self-motivated
 
Education
  •  Post-secondary education, University/College degree/diploma within a related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years related sales and industry experience
