Inventory Coordinator

Location: Weston - Toronto, ON

What you will do:
• Monitors and updates inventory records including: records changes in inventory (purchases, sales), reviews invoices and inventory reports, monitors and records stock transfers, and produces inventory reports as required
• Manages the daily cycle count program with warehouses
• Assists in annual physical inventory
• Prepares the Tank Farm Reconciliation
• Monthly reconciliation of customer and supplier consignment inventory
• Identify products to be classified as waste for disposal
• Verifies return of goods and receipt
• Enters inventory adjustments
• Researches and solves problems with inventory discrepancies
• Other duties as required
 
What you will require:
• Post-secondary diploma and two (2) years of related Inventory or Purchasing work experience is required
• Product knowledge and chemical industry background
• Experience using Microsoft office suite including Outlook, Excel and Word
• Experience with shipping and receiving products using a computer inventory system
• Experience with UVX
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy
• Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills are required

Inventory Coordinator

Warehouse Operator – Night Shift

Responsibilities: Perform manual warehouse duties as assigned or directed. Load and unload company trucks, common carriers and customer vehicles using forklift and other required equipment.
