IT SUPPORT ANALYST

- Examine existing IT systems/requirements, conduct requirements analysis to identify and assess potential solutions.
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
- Process and resolve end user tickets escalating tickets as required.
- Work closely with colleagues and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Develop testing schedules and perform system testing.
- Support users through system updates and provide training and user manuals to users of new systems.
- Establish and maintain contact with vendors for support and problem resolution.
- Keep up to date with technical and industry developments.
- Ability to travel
- Graduation from a two or three year program in computer systems combined with three years of related experience including end user support.
- Microsoft Windows Client and Server Operating Systems
- Microsoft Server Technologies (AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Office365)
- Virtualization experience (VMWare or other hypervisors)
- Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products
- Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes
- Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours
