Project Control Lead

Position Summary:
ENN is a Chinese energy Giant that is establishing LNG business in Canada. ENN is in the process of building several LNG production facilities across Canada. Reporting to the LNG Manufacturing Director, this successful candidate will be responsible for to setting up systems and processes to track, update, and report on project progress, project budget, costs, change orders and trends.
 
Position Accountabilities:
• Prepare and issue report that encompasses all Project Control aspects of the project such as cost, schedule, performance, progress, engineering, procurement including issues and concerns
• Responsible for establishing efficient project controls management processes, procedures, systems and tools.
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors and project stakeholders for project costs, schedule and progress information.
• Responsible for preparing cost reports, spend profile, performing change management, other analysis and meeting presentations on as required basis.


Job Specifications
 
Minimum Education:
• University or Technology graduate in an applied area.   
• Equivalent with 5 – 10 years of experience working in Project Controls.

Minimum Experience:
• Extensive experience performing project controls, estimating, cost management and scheduling activities
• Planning and scheduling skills relating to engineering, fabrication and construction
• Proven track record with reporting requirements for large and small projects

Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Excel
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and work independently under minimal supervision
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• High adaptability and autonomy
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
• HSE is a paramount priority
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-oriented and fast-paced team environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset

Working Conditions:
• EPC Office, construction site or Manufacturing Plant
• Preference will be given to Candidates in the Loyalist Township/Kingston Area
• Travel within Ontario & Canada.

Commissioning Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Verify safe installation and health of components, methodically document start-up, and apply initial power to newly installed industrial equipment and more.

Project Control Lead

Reporting to the LNG Manufacturing Director, this successful candidate will be responsible for to setting up systems and processes to track, update, and report on project progress, project budget, costs, change orders and trends.

Project Manager Assistant

This position is responsible for the project progress on construction and commissioning of LNG (Liquid Natural Gas) fueling stations.
