Kenworth Ontario is currently looking for a Parts Counter Sales Representative. Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Counter Sales Representative will be an integral part of our team continuously delivering exceptional service, value and performance to our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties:
 
  • Delivering a high level of customer service
  • Interact, respond and follow up with customers on a daily basis
  • Process customer orders through the computer system ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery service
 
Qualifications and Skills:
 
  • Working knowledge of heavy-duty equipment and their parts OR willingness to learn
  • Parts department experience considered and asset
  • Team player
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
