- The technician must be punctual and on time
- Apprenticeship and Training will be available if the technician is willing to commit
- Be willing to learn the use of several power and motorized tools and equipment
- Placing telecom structures and pedestals
- Coupling conduit and pulling several different types of cables
- Be willing with the proper training to access confined spaces and plant site conditions
- Follow safe working procedures while around heavy equipment and large truck
- Must be a min of 18 years old
- Completed a Grade 10 education
- Possess a valid Class 5 license
- Hard working
- Be honest and trustworthy of Valard’s and clients property

Reporting to the crew foreman this position has minimal experience in Telecommunications/ Construction.

Reporting to the Collaborative Services Manager, the Hydrovac Swamper will be responsible for safe operation of the hydrovac unit as directed by the Valard Hydrovac Operator.
Reporting to the Collaborative Services Manager, the Hydrovac Operator will be responsible for safe operation and daily maintenance of the hydrovac units.
Supporting a variety of job functions, the employee is responsible for performing the day to day manual tasks on the project.
- Red Seal Distribution Lineman
