- Drive an exceptional customer experience for new and existing customers that results in a profitable territory
- Champion the full spectrum of Levitt-Safety products and services to develop full-service partnerships and relationships that are built to last
- Partner with the inside sales and customer service teams to provide a seamless customer experience from quoting to delivery
- Create and present exceptional proposals to all levels of client stakeholders that reflect value-add service and position us a preferred safety partner offering a full solutions provider
- Build lasting relationships with clients and prospects through ongoing industry awareness, networking and a thorough understanding of our market and our customers’ core business needs
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to provide and analyze critical customer data to help make exceptional business decisions
- Get involved in the full spectrum of opportunities that build a great sales culture, including industry events, customer events, internal meetings, social functions, ongoing training and development and more!
- An exceptional passion and drive for solution and relationship-based selling
- 3 to 5 years of proven success in a field sales & business development
- Post-secondary education in Sales/Marketing or equivalent combination of education & experience
- Experience with safety products and/or services is a strong asset, but not a requirement for the right candidate
- Excellent interpersonal skills & the ability to deliver presentations & facilitate meetings
- Comprehensive understanding and experience working with CRM solutions
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to engage a cross-functional team
- Ability to travel frequently within and outside of the territory (valid driver’s license, valid passport, your own reliable transportation and a good driving record - in line with our exceptional safety record!)
- Ergonomic issues from sitting and using keyboard/mouse/phone at times and from potential extended periods sitting in a vehicle
- Fatigue associated with city and Hi-way driving and possible eyestrain associated with night driving
- Occasional meetings with suppliers, customers and Levitt personnel requiring some travel
- Site demos and trade shows requiring long periods of standing and verbal interaction with people
- Minimal to moderate lifting/carrying in support of above activities
