- Support the day to day activities of the Fort McMurray service operation
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians
- Maintain and track equipment used in the service activities
- Control service stock levels and co-ordinate branch shipments
- Book service calls with sites
- Interact with customers to respond to and meet their needs
- Multi-task as required to respond to urgent issues effectively
- Provide tracking reporting as needed
- Maintain data entry using Scan in the SX Enterprise system
- Other duties as assigned
- Post-secondary education in office administration or equivalent experience in an office environment
- Previous scheduling experience in like position with demonstrated skills is preferred
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and data entry. Familiarity with Salesforce.com is an asset
- Ability to organize a multitude of activities supported by admin skills and good document control
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
