- Scheduling and dispatching service technicians for service calls
- Process work orders
- Daily interaction with external and internal customers
- Issuing formal service quotations and follow up with customers as necessary
- Utilize Salesforce.com to create accounts, contacts and cases
- Handling inbound customer calls for service requests as necessary
- Work with Regional Service Manager on scheduling required for training/orientation for technicians on an as required basis
- Overseeing and distribution of all service documentation, including reports
- Primary source for scheduling and maintaining deficiencies including sourcing of parts
- Other duties as assigned
- Post-Secondary education in business administration or equivalent work experience
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience dispatching technicians
- Strong computer skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to stay on task and work with sense of urgency
- Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure, handle emergency calls and meet deadlines
