- Developing and optimising the mine plan from the strategic to the tactical level
- Project development from conception to implementation including designing unique solutions for mine plans, cost management, reporting, optimization, automation projects, and ensuring technical quality
- Improve productivity and reduce costs across all the planning processes, systems and standards
- Mining Engineering Degree (or equivalent) with Ontario Professional Engineering designation (or ability to achieve)
- Underground mine operations experience;
- Demonstrated experience managing a high-performance technical services team
As UG Mine Geologist, you will focus on the implementation and improvement of geological processes reporting to the Senior Mine Geologist.
