- Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing clients, Identify and solicit potential clients
- Generate and pursue sales leads within assigned territory
- Assess customers' needs, recommend, assist in the selection of appropriate product solutions, and negotiate prices or other sales terms
- Develop sales presentations, proposals, or other materials to illustrate benefits from use of company products or services
- Develop technical product knowledge to explain Endurance features to clients and answer any questions customers may have
- Develop, implement, and report on marketing plans and sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Assess market conditions and competitors' activities and develop an awareness of emerging markets and trends
- Gather information, evaluate requirements, and collaborate on quotations made to existing and prospective customers
- Follow up with customers (on all outstanding quotations)
- Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
- Consistent reporting and participation with management regarding business development strategies
- Meet with client to provide on-site technical assessments
- Travel required, including occasional international travel
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma from an accredited college/university in Engineering or 10+ years Industrial/technical sales experience is a benefit
- Strong engineering or hands-on practical experience in conveyor systems is also an asset
- Operational background in construction, mining, cement, or aggregate is an asset
- Ability to establish rapport with a wide range of customers, identify customers need and sales opportunities
- Promote and sell to customers across eastern Canada – Travel is essential
- Bilingual (English & French) is required
- A driver's license and a good driving record is required
- Strong working knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet)

The Fabrication/Warehouse Assistant is responsible for a variety of tasks within and possibly outside the warehouse.
The individual will be responsible for scheduling regular maintenance for various facility systems, overseeing the continues improvement of the maintenance process and executing long-term preventative maintenance plan.

As our newest apprentice, you will work directly with our lead technicians at customer sites, learning the trade and the skills necessary for you to become a lead tech yourself.
As our branch Manager, you will lead other branch technicians to perform service works at customer sites, which includes but not limited to installation and vulcanization of conveyor belts, lagging of pulleys, installation of repair fasters and so on.
