- Performs accounts payable and receivable functions, including: matching slips to invoices, providing G/L codes, checking pricing, and posting in the business system.
- Conducts daily bank deposits, and administers petty cash.
- Receptionist duties, including greeting customers, redirecting phone and email inquiries
- Sorts and distributes mail, preparing outgoing mail
- Typing letters and forms, various data entry
- Completes general filing, and filing of repair orders
- 2+ years of experience with knowledge of debits/ credits
- Front line customer service experience is preferred
- Customer service focus & ability to build relationships
- A team player that takes initiative and a learner attitude
- Excellent fact finding and analytical skills
- Possess strong listening and problem solving
- Basic computer experience: MS Word, Internet, email
- Accurate keyboarding and data entry
- Organized, sets and meets priorities
- Shows attention to detail

We are seeking a an energetic, sales-minded individual to fill a Parts Sales Professionals (Outside Sales) position to sell heavy-duty truck & trailer parts to new and existing customers in Brandon and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will lead a team who ensures customer satisfaction while building long-term relationships with parts suppliers.
In this role, you will sell parts to customers by providing technical expertise and customer service, and ensuring profitable sale of parts and develops long-term customer relationships.
