- Ability to work within a team
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic experience including use of laptops and various troubleshooting software applications Including Cummins Insite, Navistar, ABS control systems, etc.
- 5 plus years of Heavy equipment technician experience
- Must possess organizational and time management skills
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
- Valid Class 3 or Class 1 with clean abstract is an asset
- CVIP license
- Ability to work weekday, weekend on rotating shifts including on call technician duties
- Interest in continually upgrading skills and knowledge in trade

We are seeking a an energetic, sales-minded individual to fill a Parts Sales Professionals (Outside Sales) position to sell heavy-duty truck & trailer parts to new and existing customers in Brandon and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will lead a team who ensures customer satisfaction while building long-term relationships with parts suppliers.
In this role, you will sell parts to customers by providing technical expertise and customer service, and ensuring profitable sale of parts and develops long-term customer relationships.
- Performs accounts payable and receivable functions, including: matching slips to invoices, providing G/L codes, checking pricing, and posting in the business system.
- Conducts daily bank deposits, and administers petty cash.
The successful candidate will work independently to complete the diagnostics, service and repair of heavy trucks and trailers.
