- Solicit leasing business from new and existing customers
- Prepare lease quotes
- Consult on custom leasing solutions
- Address after-sales questions and concerns
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Sales or rentals related position with a customer-service focus
- Experience in “full-service” commercial lease sales preferred
- Understanding of heavy-duty trucks & trailers and their applications preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
- Sales/ Business Administration education an asset
- Ability to prospect and cold-call new customers
- Easily builds rapport and relationships with people at all levels
- Strong negotiation, listening, and closing skills
- Shows assertiveness, persuasiveness, and initiative
- Regularly sets / meets priorities and long term goals
- Proficient computer skills: MS Word/Excel, email, internet
- Ability to learn in-house computer programs
- Ability to work independently

We are seeking a an energetic, sales-minded individual to fill a Parts Sales Professionals (Outside Sales) position to sell heavy-duty truck & trailer parts to new and existing customers in Brandon and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will lead a team who ensures customer satisfaction while building long-term relationships with parts suppliers.
In this role, you will sell parts to customers by providing technical expertise and customer service, and ensuring profitable sale of parts and develops long-term customer relationships.
- Performs accounts payable and receivable functions, including: matching slips to invoices, providing G/L codes, checking pricing, and posting in the business system.
- Conducts daily bank deposits, and administers petty cash.
The successful candidate will work independently to complete the diagnostics, service and repair of heavy trucks and trailers.
