- Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of IT projects;
- Develop implementation plans that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI); Prepare project business cases;
- Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing;
- Coordinate and/or assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel, and the recruitment or selection of project personnel;
- Develop and manage annual budgets for information technology projects;
- Enforce project management best practices/compliance, using methodology such as RUP, Agile and tools such as Project management software and PLM collaboration;
- Establish and execute a project communication plan;
- Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope;
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Installing a variety of systems including hardware, software, PC’s, Laptops, Server and ware, phones, radios, and network communications
- Systems equipment security and maintenance
- Establish backup and recovery (including disaster recovery) plans and procedures
- Conducts and maintains complete inventory of all IT systems and equipment
- Develops short and long-term goals, including budget and forecasts estimates
- Monitors emerging technology and standards, and makes recommendations to advance infrastructure.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Networking or equivalent;
- 5+ years of IT experience
- Advanced knowledge of IT systems including PC’s, LANS, VLANS, WLANS, VPN, and WANS
- Experience in IT protocols: DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP OSI layers, SSL VPNs, ACLs, VTP, and other networking protocols.
- Experience in working in Active Directory, Microsoft Hyper-V, and SQL Server.
- Experience with Windows Server 2008 r2, 2012, and 2016.
- Experience with Hosted VoIP systems
- Experience Manager Office 365, including Azure AD and Sharepoint
- Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions;
- Ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions;
- Ability to monitor or assess performance of yourself, other individuals, or organization to make improvements or take corrective action.
- The IT supervisor may install equipment which requires bending, kneeling, crawling, use of ladders and/or lifts, pulling, lifting and significant hand dexterity
- Valid - Class “C” Driver’s License
- Knowledge and experience working with systems such as Laserfiche, EHS, ArcGIS, GP (Microsoft Dynamics), Samanage, and/or Paramount Workplace is a plus.

The Security Guard, reporting directly to the Security Supervisor, is responsible for operating the mine security gate house and monitoring all activity coming on or leaving the mine site.
The Mill Manager’s main responsibility is to ensure the safe and economical operation of the milling and metallurgical department.
Primary responsibility of a Sample Preparation Technician is to perform sample preparation of underground drill core, chips and muck samples as well as other duties given by the Shift Crew Leader during the course of a shift.
Reporting to the Chief Metallurgist, the Refiner/Metallurgical Technician will ensure the safe, secure, efficient, and cost-effective operation and maintenance of the refinery to meet or exceed safety, production and cost targets, while ensuring environmental compliance.
As an integral part of the McEwen Mining Mill Operations team, the Mill Operators will efficiently perform all required duties while maintaining a safe and collaborative work environment.
Reporting to the Manager of Technical Services, the Senior Project is responsible to assist in leading the Engineering department in the design and scheduling of the underground mine development.
