- P. Geo. or P. Eng. certification is mandatory
- To deliver FEL1 studies under budget and timeframe, following global guidelines.
- To align the expectations of the business unit with the Exploration strategic plan for the development of projects in Sudbury;
- To promote the efforts of a direct and part-time team (that is not directly subordinate to the project area) aiming to ensure the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives;
- To work under pressure with the triple constraint - scope, time and cost, balancing throughout the project development of these dimensions. Provide the tools and techniques that enable the project team to organize their work to meet these constraints.
- Agree with business unit requirements and project business case, particularly deliverables and reporting structure;
- Ensure aligned definition of project scope, deliverables and key issues;
