Line Manager: VP Sales Unit CENAME                      
 
Location: Coventry, United Kingdom (Ideally)
 
› EMEA Service Area is divided into three Sales Units, which each is having a Service Manager in charge of service business operations.
 
› The purpose of this position is to ensure functional and profitable service operations as well as service growth in the Sales Unit CENAME
 
› Service Manager CENAME cooperates with other SU Service Managers in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) as well as with Global Service Team
 
Responsibilities to Line Manager:
 
•Responsible for the SU CENAME Service Business Strategy and Operations
•Responsible for Safety, Health & Quality in SU CENAME Service Team
•Drive profitable Service growth through effective strategy planning, budgets and accurate monthly forecasting
•Define, propose and manage Service investments in line with strategy planning
•Develop and manage SU CENAME service resources and drive operational excellence
•Define required competencies and capacity together with Service Area.
•Record and develop staff competencies to meet industry and Normet’s requirements
•Develop and grow service agreements for rental, field service and spares offering
•Manage Field Service team and further develop spares part business 
•Proactive business development and sales support including area fleet management and customer site plans
•Ensure solid customer feedback to Sales Unit and Sales Area heads
•Promote Team and Customer engagement and seek customer satisfaction and corrective approaches
•Interact closely with SU Sales Managers and regional Partners to promote and drive Service Sales, with focus on Service Agreements, Upgrades and Modernizations, Rental Agreements and sales of used equipment, as well as add-on solutions and products (Smartscan, Smartweb and others).

•LTI, Near misses, reporting
•Financial KPIs, but particularly business growth, profitability and overhead costs
•New customer development, customer satisfaction, market share
•Headcount development
•Fleet related KPI’s
•Spares availability
•Development of service contracts

Service Technician
  • Modification and/or repair of vehicle systems including: chassis’, drivelines, engines, transmissions, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrics.
  • Manufacturing and fitting of hydraulic hoses, valves and components.
