Project Administrator

The Project Administrator is an integral member of the Norseman project delivery team. This position provides support to the Project Management and Construction teams in all stages of the project from point of sale to completed installation or delivery to the customer.
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Sets-up project budgets and cost-flow monitoring work sheets
  • Responds to document requests for Certificates of Insurance, WCB Clearance, Certificates of Incorporation, drawings, etc.
  • Arranges site access documentation, vehicle passes, camp requests, training certification, verifications, etc.
  • Coordinates personnel logistics such as flights, hotel rooms, etc.
  • Supports the Construction Manager to ensure all necessary equipment is on site and available for project completion
  • Maintains project files, and site photos
  • Data entry into the Cost Forecast Report
  • Reconciles Visa statements for construction foremen (site superintendents)
  • Reviews and codes invoices
  • Monitors budgets, up-dates actual costs and forecasts to completion, and prepares/communicates variances to Project Manager and Construction Manager
  • Provides support to the Construction Manager/Project Manager to prepare and submit Job Completion Packages (QA Completion Certificates, Warranty and Maintenance
  • Coordinates and tracks training certificates
  • Other duties as required
 
Requirements
 
  • 3 - 5 years Project Coordination experience within a construction environment
  • Knowledge of design and construction processes and terms
  • Experience preparing and managing construction documents
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills, especially with Excel and project scheduling software
  • Experience in project accounting software SAP B1 is an asset

Junior Structural Draftsperson

Reporting to the Drafting Supervisor, this position will be responsible for preparing engineering drawings for both the steel and fabric components of our ShelterSolutions.

Forklift Operator

We are looking to add a Forklift Operator to our team in Saskatoon, SK for an initial term of 4 months, with the possibility of an extension. 

Fabric Production Operator

We are looking to add a Fabric Production Operator to our team in Saskatoon, SK for an initial term of 4 months, with the possibility of an extension.

Construction Installer
