North America Aftermarket Sales Manager

Essential Job Functions:
 
  • Maintain constant improvement and growth within the sales department
  • Engage in training, support, feedback and interactions with sales team
  • Develops intuition towards target markets (Mining, Oil/Gas, Construction)
  • Plan sales budget and marketing strategies
  • Complete performance and salary reviews for sales team
  • Review trip reports and itineraries, monthly quotes and reports, and expense accounts
  • Attend monthly New Product Committee meetings
  • Schedule and organize trade shows
  • Plan and organize all sales’ meetings
  • Distribute marketing material and demonstrate consistent execution of the Sales & Marketing Plan using various methods to include social media and platforms
  • Report monthly sales statistics accurately & promptly to management and complete monthly manager reports
  • Attend monthly manager meetings
  • Develop annual goals and objectives for sales team
  • Maintain weekly contact with all sales staff
  • Conduct monthly teleconference with all sales staff
  • Assists with training and mentoring new hires
  • Perform work in a safe manner and follow all safety guidelines/proceduresPe
  • rform related work and other duties as assigned by President or other management staff as directed
  • Domestic and international travel required and could include weekend travel depending on the project

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required for Entry Level:

  • Ability to communicate, in English, effectively and clearly by both written and verbal means
  • Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and CRM systems
  • Perform computations with accuracy and reasonable speed
  • Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities
  • Comfortable with public speaking and giving presentations in front of small and large groups
  • Use of electronic devices, communication tools, and knowledge of smart phones needed
  • Work independently and with fellow employees
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment DMV screen, physical, drug, alcohol and background test

 

Minimum Qualifications for Application:

  • High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of territorial or regional high-volume sales and account management experience
  • Mechanical and technical aptitude
  • 75% travel required
  • General manufacturing knowledge
 
Preferred Qualifications: 
 
  • Bachelor’s year degree in Business Mgmt. with 5 years of territorial or regional high-volume sales and account management experience
  • Knowledge of Ultipro Software, Epicor or similar ERP system
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing
  • MSHA Certification

Sales Representative - Midwest Territory

L&M Radiator, Inc., a worldwide manufacturer of heat exchangers for mining, oil and gas industries is looking for an experienced outside Sales Representative who will be responsible for professionally promoting and increasing aftermarket sales of MESABI® Heat Exchangers in our Midwest territory. 

R&D Machinist

This position will manufacture test fixtures, production equipment, models and prototypes.

Human Resource Representative
  • Conduct new employee onboarding, orientation, and complete related paperwork accurately and responsible for sending all paperwork to Headquarters.
  • Assist with maintaining UltiPro system, responsible for Yankton employee personnel files/records and providing password assistance and troubleshooting issues to employees.
