Laker Nipigon Forest Management Inc. is community owned Sustainable Forest License holder for the Lake Nipigon Forest which is located approx. 1 hour east of Thunder Bay. With a land base of nearly 1 million hectares and a planned annual cut of 900,000m3/yr, LNFMI is positioned for major growth over the next number of years.

• Operations/ Planning Forester
• Operations/ Roads Superintendent
• GIS Specialist
• Silvicultural Forester
Qualification for all positions:
• Valid Class G Driver’s License
• Eligibility for professional designation through the Ontario Professional Forester Association preferred
• Knowledge of the following software:
o Microsoft Office Products
o ARC GIS/ ARC PRO
o Avenza Maps
• Flexibility in work duties
• Highly motivated and innovative
