SKF are establishing a Finance Shared service center organization supporting all SKF units globally. We have an exciting future ahead of us towards a clear Finance strategy road map. Finance will have a powerful role related to a lean, efficient and digital environment, and we are aiming to be in the frontline of next generation Business Finance.
The Finance Function at SKF in Poland includes Accounting & Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, Internal Control and Finance Processes.
Your day-to-day work
- accountable for handling soundry invoices
- accountable for processing incoming payments
- accountable for reporting bad debt and manages reserves
- accountable for AR closing and reporting
We expect you to have/be
- university graduate with at least 2-3 years of work experience in Accounting/Finance area
- very good English and German
- broad understanding of Finance processes, process development and improvement
- computer literacy is essential and experience in MS office applications (excellent command of MS Excel is a must)
- results and action-oriented individual with good interpersonal and communication skills
- working within multicultural global teams effectively
- up to date standard knowledge of corporate and local accounting rules.
- pragmatic & logical thinker with an eye for detail and an analytical mind
- accurate, being able to react quickly, communicative
