Outside Sales Support

JOB SUMMARY
 
Primary duties will include but are not limited to picking up and delivering products and services, responding to requests, inquiries and complaints, and handling customer service and sales activities.

 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. May be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned 
  1. Pick up and delivery of products and services
  2. Provides good company image
  3. Manages customer service and promotes sales activities for a territory as directed by management
  4. Works closely with the local ASM/ RSM for daily tasks and scheduling
  5. Responds to requests, inquiries and complaints and ensures maximum good will from all transactions
  6. Prepares reports for management. (weekly, monthly & quarterly)
  7. May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.
 
METRICS
Weekly calls, pick ups, deliveries, lead generation, entry level sales calls/ discovery & etc.
 
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Not applicable. This position has no direct reports

 
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS  
  1. Driver’s license
  2. Good driving record

 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY
  1. Introductory Review -- Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue
  2. Monthly reviews – Employee will be given a brief written monthly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity.
  3. Annual Reviews – Will be based on quantitative performance and measurement of activity. Overall performance and dependability, and job knowledge.

 
WORK SCHEDULE

The work hours are from 8:00AM until 5:00PM as a minimum (extra time/ hours may be required to complete activities required for the day) Monday through Friday. Adherence to attendance and coverage policies is expected to be followed diligently. Time off will be granted with proper formal notice in accordance with company policy. Come to work on time and adhere to accepted time off policies.

 
WORK ENVIRONMENT

Dress attire is casual but professional.  All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. Closed-toe, hard sole shoes must be worn. Safety shoes are recommended. Radwell ID Badge and Radwell access card must be worn at all times. Radwell safety policies must be adhered to at all times.

Outside Sales Support

Primary duties will include but are not limited to picking up and delivering products and services, responding to requests, inquiries and complaints, and handling customer service and sales activities.

Repair Technician

Primary duties will include but not limited to repair and / or calibration of Industrial Controls, (i.e. industrial grade PCBs, timers, counters, PLCs, drives, monitors and temperature & process controls.)

Sales Support

Expedite all open orders both reactively from customer inquiries and proactively through backorder reports; contacting vendors and customers; notifying customers and updating Dynamics as necessary.
