Paradox Access Solutions is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join their team!

Please note this is a 6 month contract position with the possibility for extension.

Responsibilities
 
  • Develop a personal understanding of Paradox’s offerings, industry, competitors, partners, etc. to better market Paradox proactively
  • Build upon current branding and further brand development of Paradox
  • Lead in the conceptualization and creation of organizational marketing campaigns
  • Compile marketing reports/updates to give at regular manager meetings 
  • Work closely with your marketing colleague and executive team to maintain quality control and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Critically analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns and strategies to ensure budgets are spent to maximize ROI, target audiences are reached, and measurable impact on goals is achieved
 
Requirements
 
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing and advertising experience, with experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans across a variety of platforms. 
  • Demonstrated experience setting up paid and automated digital marketing campaigns for prospective customers with a clear understanding of content marketing and inbound/outbound marketing.
  • Able to use key social media and software platforms like Google Analytics, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Adobe Creative Cloud, Hubspot, Wave, Canvas, etc.
  • Knowledge of and/or established relationships within the civil construction, earthworks, geotechnical engineering and matting industries, would be an asset.
