WE ARE SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED INDIVIDUAL TO BE OUR PROCESS IMPROVEMENT CHAMPION!
 
• As part of our Change Leadership Team (CLT) you will provide leadership to identify, assess and implement process improvements across the entire CB organization.
• This role will allow you to utilize your skills, experience and knowledge at the same time offering you a position that you will find both challenging and rewarding.
 
You will be responsible for…
• Overseeing and accountable for the internal and external coordination of all projects to ensure effective project leadership and communication
• Developing and embedding skills and behaviors that establish a sustainable continuous improvement culture (skills of LEAN Six Sigma)
• Developing internal project plans and project teams
• Establishing performance expectations, timelines, resource allocations and budgets for each project.
• Acting as liaison and coordinates work among different units
• Identifying continuous improvement opportunities throughout the organization by routinely studying and reviewing metrics, customer feedback, etc.
• Collaborating with the CLT Prioritizes, selects and lead/support projects that leverage LEAN Six Sigma tools to drive improvements through the hierarchy: Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People.
• Engaging teams to help establish a continuous improvement culture and execute advanced problem-solving activities.
• Assisting process owners to champion projects through PDCA life-cycle from identification to sustainment

• Be the complete process improvement champion requires more than diplomatic and warrior skill sets. Process improvement champions must be proficient in:
     1. Business and operation interface
     2. Project selection
     3. Pace mediation
     4. Results implementation

Qualifications:
• Relevant University Degree
• Black Belt or LEAN Master Certification
• Minimum 10 years project management and/or continuous improvement experience
