Proctor/Invigilator - Math Proficiency Test (Casual)

- Invigilate tests and exams, both virtually and in-person, when required, ensuring the academic integrity of the tests / exams.
- Provide Test Centre office support, which may include reviewing testing bookings, room allocations, preparing testing spaces, verifying test-taker identification, distribution and collection of tests / exams, occasional routine marking, and scheduling tests.
- Provide student accommodation supports as required during proctored tests/exams.
- Liaise with the Test Center Coordinator, Staff, Manager, MPT Project Manager, and other internal and external stakeholders and clients regarding testing and sessions.
- Review and update grade testing information; enter grades into various databases as required; prepare completed tests for delivery.
- Minimum of one-year postsecondary certificate. (A copy of educational documents must be submitted with application *** education completed outside of Canada, applicants are required to submit a WES or ICAS with their application)
- One year of office experience with a strong focus on customer service.
- Bilingual in both official languages, English and French.
- Technical proficiency to invigilate using web-conferencing tools, as well as in person invigilation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must be self-directed and highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Experience within a postsecondary environment.
- Proctor or invigilator experience.
- Experience using scheduling software.
- Experience working with persons requiring accommodations.
