Job Description
Brandt is currently seeking a Product Support Representative for our Regina, SK location.
This position is responsible for placing customer orders throughout our network of locations spanning from coast to coast.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide pricing and inventory shipping times to customers
- Assisting customers by navigating multiple parts lookup programs
- Providing assistance for other Brandt field staff members
- Dealing with multiple vendors to provide the customers with various options
- Continuous training to maintain the highest level of service
- Assisting other departments to achieve a harmonious working environment
Required Experience
- Previous related industry experience in heavy equipment, truck, automotive or agricultural parts
- Superior customer service skills
- Well versed in all Microsoft applications
- Understanding of working in a group environment
- Strong written, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to multiple parts and inventory programs
- Journey person certificate or equivalent industry experience
