Description
Whitmore/Jet-Lube, a CSW Industrials company is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to join our warehouse team in Rockwall, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control order processing/shipping to ensure timely delivery of products to satisfy customer requirements and compliance with all shipping regulations.
- Produce necessary product labels, shipping, and hazmat information to production/operations in a timely manner
- Preparation of all shipping documentation
- Scheduling outbound freight through freight forwarders and trucking companies
- Determine and maintain compliance with all agency shipping regulations
- Liaison with customers, order entry personnel, and manufacturing/operations regarding order shipments
- Pack, stage, and package outgoing orders and materials into trucks and containers
- Maintain housekeeping to ensure a clean, neat, and orderly warehouse
- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Skills, Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to operate a sit-down forklift
- Must have very high-quality standards and degree of accuracy and organizational skills
