Regional Account Manager to generate and maintain both Moventas businesses, Capital & Service, sales to wind turbine OEMs and end customers in the North American region. Come join our group of leading renewable energy professionals and the international Moventas team!
The main function of the position is to provide support to wind turbine OEMs following existing Capital sales; including at minimum monthly reviews with OEMs. You will be our local contact for OEM warranty contracts, lead warranty support, including coordinating timely technical responses from central engineering and local execution of warranty activity. As a Regional Account Manager you also provide support to OEMs about product adaptations and contract modifications and lead regional after warranty sales activities to key accounts. You will support Capital sales with local knowledge of market trends, regional strategy and new opportunities and have the responsibility of territorial sales for end customers as assigned.
What we require from you:
- A technical bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
- A minimum of 4-years-experience in the wind industry in the region
- The ability to maintain professional communications and boundaries while managing complex situations and interacting with a variety of individuals and personalities
- Ability to utilize both oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, supervisors, and other individuals encountered in the course of performing work
- Global mindset and ability to interact with multi-cultural teams
- A valid drivers’ license
