Festo Inc. is a global leader in the development of pneumatic products and the implementation of integrated solutions for the Canadian market.

Due to continued growth, we are searching for select individuals to join our team of professionals in our Mississauga office. We have both unilingual (English) and bilingual (English/French) positions available.

 

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide some technical information in response to inquiries about products and services

• Take accurate customer orders and prepare quotations

• Handle and resolve complaints and returns • Expedite and communicate expected delivery times to customers

• Offer solutions in response to individual customer needs • Support outside sales staff

• Interact with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Other duties and tasks as assigned

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Post-secondary courses in business and/or technical subjects or related work experience is strongly preferred

• Experience in pneumatic automation, electrical or electronic industries is an asset

• Contact Center or Customer Service experience is an asset

• Knowledge of supply chain procedures and processes is a an asset

• Proficiency with MS Office and hands-on experience with SAP is an asset

• Fluent English verbal and written communication skills required

• Fluent French verbal and written communication skills are preferred
