SENIOR MEDIA MANAGER
ACCOUNTABILITIES

Consistently deliver strategically-sound, results-driven, media recommendations with a focus on market-leading innovation

Lead media partner and strategic advisor to assigned brand team(s) with joint focus on departmental goals

Steward the integrated marketing communications process and ensure those principles have been applied in the media planning process
-
Maintain fiscal accountability over brand budget allocations and annual spend commitments
- Train and mentor an extended team of internal and external media planners
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of reports/analyses to brand team partners
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 8 years of experience in media planning at an accredited agency

Advanced cross-channel planning knowledge including established and emerging digital channels

Previous experience working with large, complex brands and budgets

Proven track record of both innovative and results-driven planning

Experienced manager with a least 4 years of team-leadership experience

Comfortable working in a fast paced environment in the Media & Communications field

Excellent client service skills with the ability to service multiple stakeholders simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – prepared to communicate frequently and effectively in groups, presentations and in writing

Familiarity with the Rogers brands an asset

Post-secondary education in marketing or advertising
